Hey guys. I know I haven’t put up any material in a while, but believe me when I say that I’ve been working on it. Expect two new workout plans within a month. I also have a couple new tutorial ideas, so one of those should be up around the same time. I’ve been really busy with school and fraternity things lately, and I hate to shove tricking aside. But I’m injured. lame. anyway, yea, it’s coming!
