want to play a game called put your foot in a bucket of water filled with ice for 15 minutes? I do! bet I can beat you! haha anyway. ankle feels a little bit weird now, physical therapist thought I should try icing it. and both my knees. yes I have my foot in a bucket of ice water and frozen peas wrapped on both my knees. I can’t really move below my waist right now. But, it’s alright, because today was a training day. What is a training day?
You know when you watch those crazy inspirational movies and you just can’t help but train? and then you slowly but surely slack off a little bit each day, until soon enough you are re-inspired and go crazy again? well today was that today. a very effective training day. did 50 pull ups throughout the day, foam rolled the lower body, tricked for 20 minutes in the quad, iced knees when I got back, had a healthy dinner, finished homework, no videogames, no bullshit, put on the workout mix, sprinted to gym, 3 sets of 5 handstand pushups (without a wall you n00bs) 2 pike presses, full body stretching, and then a protein shake and a brisk walk home. Now, I am playing the ice game again. Immediately after I will go sauna for a half hour, hot cold showers, and then sleep Initial reaction is man this sucks, I’m busy as HELL! but you know, it doesn’t. I’m still dumbfounded that I have the focus to get through things like this. I love it. I was born for it. Training, tricking = life.
