Hello Friends. So we were cleaning out this room in my fraternity and you’ll never guess what we found. That’s right, an N64, 4 controllers, and Super Smash Bros 64. Needless to say, we whipped it out and destroyed EVERYTHING in site. My skills with pikachu are t3h l33t. Bring it, I dare you. Anyway, in other news I got an 11 dollar pay check from Real Networks. rofl at that! Finally, I’m leaving for Japan in 19 days…for a YEAR!!!! I still can’t believe it! I remember when I originally applied to my program more than 9 months ago. It’s so nice that things are coming together finally! And yes I have been doing a lot of work on the site, expect an article or two soon peace friends!

“Let’s talk about the new fantastic four movie for a bit. Is it as good as “”The Host”" ? Well no. But then again, there are no big monsters eating people. It’s just a big interplanetary THING eating the PLANET. Overall, I liked it a lot more than the first FF4 movie, although it still seemed a bit low budget. Scenes such as the bachelor party towards the beginning set the tone lower than I had anticipated. Overall though, I thought it was a decent movie. In other news my good friend Min cooked me and some friends a delicious korean meal tonight. NICE.”

Sorry I haven’t been writing much these past few days. I have been working hard on a variety of projects. Like getting shot with paintballs. I leave for Japan in 21 days. That is beyond crazy. OH! here’s a cool update. I just got my housing assignment for Keio! I’ll be staying at a dorm called Plume IS. It’s closer to Yokohama than it is to Tokyo. So while I have a 60 minute train ride to school, I have a 10 minute ride to my favorite spot in the world. Is that so bad? Not at all! Anyhow, expect some small updates soon.

Who wants to hear about my job? I bet YOU do! So, here we go! First of all, my job does not require an insane amount of work. However, all the work I do is very stressful. I’m basically a salesman for my fraternity, getting new members to join. It pays extremely well, I just picked up a $3,000 check yesterday, it was the second one so far this summer. I also get an unlimited budget to buy things such as dinner, taxi fare, etc. for the guys that we’re trying to recruit. So, it’s quite the BALLING job. But yea, it’s stressful as all hell, I constantly have alumni breathing down my neck, telling me how I need to get X number of guys. it’s a real pain. oh well!

Hello friends. So, I just watched this totally sweet Korean movie called the Host. Now, I don’t know if I’ve delved into my fascination with monster movies in the past, but in case I haven’t…I love them. Jaws is one of my all time favorites. There’s not a lot that beats the sound of larger than life animals devouring humans. For this reason, I loved the Host! Not only that, it’s one of the most well directed movies I have ever seen and has an incredible soundtrack. Check it out, definitely. Koreans, they know where it’s at.

Hello everyone. So, as you can tell, I’ve tried some new things with the blog lately and seeing how they work. I like the results that I got from the blog last night, expect similar things in the future. In other news, I should be getting a 3,000 dollar check within a couple days, which is nice.
