Here is a fantastic special put on by Top Gear about burning rubber in Japan. Just Monday I rode my motorcycle across Kyuushuu and back, and fresh off the experience can easily say this is a great documentary. The views, the roads, the Japanese–everything is spot on. Imagine this, only on a motorcycle, and you have my life. Enjoy.
