Basic Handstand Training

  • A clip from some recent handstand training. Current goal is 10 handstand pushups without a wall and a solid 60 second handstand. Been doing a lot of other training as well—will post more soon.

    Very nice! Won’t be long until you get the 60 secs and 10 pushups.

    That’s really impressive! Definitely try working on other handstand variations after hitting your goal (which won’t be long lol).
