Fantastic handstands and handstand pushups. Good slow technique… unlike the jerky hand hop-esque handstand pushups bad aspiring bboys do.
Have you ever tried any planches? They are fantastic for balance and arm strength. My handstand improved most actually when I worked on tucked planches and straddle planches, rather than strictly handstand pushups because I found out how to do presses and keep up on my hands even when my feet were almost touching the ground. As a result, you can never “under do” a handstand like you do at 1:12 in the video… you can just pop your feet back up and continue.
Some of the best workout videos I have seen for planches, and building up arm strength (both extremely beneficial for bboying).

Lots of Geoff’s videos are ridiculous. I can only hope to one day do 90 degree pushups like he can. Check em out.
