After a couple months of sloppiness, I have finally settled back into my stretching routine, and it feels great. Flexibility is improving; endorphins are flowing. Good times, great oldies.

I was at dinner today with my fraternity brother Joshua Yoo. He loved his dish. However, instead of describing the meal as delicious, he said, THIS MEAL IS EXPLOSIVE! Ridiculous. In Other news, Im gonna fix the link to the new article, soon. No worries.

UW Basketball TeamBy Dogen on July 15, 2006 | No Comments
When I was tricking with Rizzice yesterday, the UW mens basketball team was walking by. They stopped when they saw us doing flips, told us to do our craziest moves, and then gave us props once we finished. It was awesome haha We also got one of the players to try a front handspring, which he executed pretty nicely. I was suprised haha then again, they are all incredible athletes. Funny day.

Hajime No IppoBy Dogen on July 13, 2006 | No Comments
This is easily the best anime I have ever seen. I finished the series a couple months ago, but continue to watch the episodes daily with my faternity brothers. The show is about a guy named Ippo and his quest to become a great pro boxer. Watching this series as a serious athlete was a very touching and emotional experience for me. I highly recommend it, especially to tricksters. Check it out, and be amazed.

Back Horn and Go! Go! 7188By Dogen on July 8, 2006 | No Comments
Alright, two bands that have really caught my attention recently: Back Horn and Go! Go! 7188. Back Horn is basically a better version of Asian Kung Fu Generation, a much more emotional singer and much more variety. Im listening to Headphone Children right now, could be the chilest, most relaxing song in the world. Go! Go! is amazing as well, the lead singer has an incredible voice and the style changes are amazing. For Back Horn, try youtubing: cobalt Blue, and for GO GO 7188, try aoi kiretsu. Peace!

ExhaustedBy Dogen on July 7, 2006 | No Comments
Swimming. is. killing. me. Swimming is the first form of endurance training that I have done in years and damn it is hard. The type of fatigue Im used to is that from lifting, not cardio. So, Im excited to see how a new set of lungs affects tricking. In other news, Im about to take a long, long sleep. Niiiight
