sweet

so I just had a great tricking session, for the first time in a while. so I’m happy. I’ve always found that my tricking patterns are cyclical. that is, I’ll have a bunch of good sessions and make a ton of progress, and then have a bunch of crappy sessions with little to no progress. right now I’m on the upswing, and it’s tight. on another note I’ eating ceral out of a bowl…but I don’t have any milk. :’(

hello everyone! it’s been a while since i last made a ‘blog’ entry. right now i’m sitting at odegaard library, the primary library at the university of washington and once of the nicest in the nation. as of now i have less than 5 months before I leave for Japan for an ENTIRE year. i am soooo pumped about it. i’ve been hanging out with a bunch of exchange students from keio university (where i’m going next year) and it’s awesome. they’re all hysterical and really good natured people. chilling with them has always been a good escape for me, and really makes me think that next year is going to be the best year of my life. i just hope that my physical therapy continues to go well and that i am strong and skilled before i get to japan. I still definitely want to make weekly or biweekly ‘episodes’ of what’s i’m doing over there. I still haven’t heard back from housing yet, so i’m not sure exactly how that’s gonna work out, but supposedly I get my own apartment…which is nuts. on another note my cousin, who’s one of my best friends, will be working in downtown tokyo, so i’m sure we’ll be chilling a lot. anyway, I’m off to physical therapy. cheers guys, keep training hard!

Progress

Although it’s been slow, I definitely have noticed progress in the last several months. Today I finished ‘College Training’, a sampler with footage since I started college 1.5 years ago. In comparrison to my 05 demo reel, there are drastic improvements. I love watching the two side by side. It’s really why I love tricking in general, constant improvement. I feel like everyday I’m making myself into a stronger, more worthwhile person. It’s extremely addicting. Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy the sampler, I definitely feel like it’s the best sampler I’ve ever made and exhibits all the skills I have in tricking.

New Plan

11:52 PM on Sunday night before the first day of spring quarter. Also, my last day of freedom.

Starting tomorrow, I will be on my new plan. Diet, sleeping habits, gym time, everything will be structured and set a certain way. It’ll be my last workout regime before I leave for Japan, lasting about 5 months.

It’s finally time to go all out. I can’t wait.

A new beginning

I will be starting my new workout routine this coming monday, the first day of spring quarter. With any luck, this routine will transform me into a stronger, faster, more flexible athlete. May spring bring success to all those who work for it.

slow down

I’ve been having some computer troubles lately and it’s really slowing down my progress on whatever I might be working on. I’m gonna try to have it done by the end of the week, but I can’t make any promises. oh yea, and go see the host.

Updates

Just posted 2 new workout Routines. Beginner Routine 2 is basically a more straightforward and less ambiguous version of the orignal workout routine. The fat loss routine is much more mental and may be good for you if you’re having trouble staying motivated. Hope they help!
